My name is Kendall Bartelheim, founder of Saints & Spirits.
For the past four years, I’ve been the lead mixologist at Melinda’s Alley, one of Phoenix’s most respected speakeasies. Every week, our team creates an entirely new cocktail menu from scratch. That means constantly researching, experimenting, refining, and finding new ways to surprise guests while staying true to balanced, approachable cocktails.
Over the years, I’ve developed hundreds of original cocktails, competed in numerous regional and national cocktail competitions, collaborated with spirit brands, and spent countless hours behind the bar learning what truly creates memorable drinking experiences.
That experience is what inspired Saints & Spirits.
